Thank You...

...For your interest in experiencing Golf and the Good Life with Haversham & Baker.

What Happens Next?

One of our Expedition Planning Managers will be in touch with you soon.

In this initial contact, your Planner will introduce you to Haversham & Baker and provide some valuable insight into our approach to crafting your expedition.

At that point, you can decide whether to move forward to the next phase of the planning process.

That’s when the fun truly begins.

Between now and then, we’d suggest you read our 9 Essential Tips to Planning an Overseas Golf Trip.

Why Read the Guide?

Before they put an itinerary to paper, your Planning Manager will want to invest some time getting to know you, your group, and your expectations for the trip.

Many of the topics covered during that conversation are included in the guide above. So think of it as a short homework assignment.

The sooner that some of the basic decisions are out of the way, the sooner your Planner can put their expertise to use building an unforgettable golf trip that’s uniquely yours.

To Help Get You Started...

Here are a few important details that you’ll want to consider.

  • What courses destinations are you hoping to visit?
Everyone has their list of must-play courses. Start thinking about yours.

  • Any priorities off the golf course?
This might be a golf trip, but your time off the course is just as valuable to your overall experience as your time on it. Consider what sites and activities you might want to enjoy during the trip.

  • Is your group in place?
Having your group in order will help you narrow down dates and location, but it’s also key to the booking process. Once your proposal is set, there is little time to recruit golfers for the trip. The golf courses and accommodations overseas will only hold tee times and rooms for a short period of time (usually less than 30 days) without a deposit. Some require payment at time of booking. To avoid losing out on your reservations, have your group together sooner rather than later.

Last but not least… We invite you to read some of our latest reviews, where you’ll find additional insight courtesy of those who have gone before you.

Dan Hermann – Evansville Country Club

Having made several trips to Scotland and Ireland using different golf travel companies I would rate Haversham & Baker as the top in all around service and experience.

Aaron Krueger, PGA – Wakonda Club

You might find a little better pricing, but you won’t find the attention to detail, service, and access that Haversham & Baker provides. A trip like this needs all of those to come together to be successful.

Bela Nagy, PGA – Sandridge Golf Club

H&B made me look like a rock star to the group. Before the trip even ended, the guys were already asking where we’re going next!”

Nick Papadakes, PGA – Onwentsia Club

The relationship that I have with H&B brings a trust factor where I know that I don’t have to worry about a thing. For me, this is just the gold standard.

Scott Walters – Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club

Whitney Hedrick was so attentive to our needs and questions with dinner reservations, etc. Listen to the advice that the experts at H&B give you… They know what they’re talking about.
